Prices and cost guides
We don't publish prices. Our cost guides explain what affects the price of building work, and nothing on this website is a quote, offer or estimate for your project. Your price depends on your design, site, selections and the time of construction, and is confirmed only in a written quote.
Approvals and regulations
Information about approvals, exemptions, building rules and energy requirements in the ACT and NSW is general and simplified. Rules change and every block is different. Always confirm your approval pathway with a building certifier, ACT Planning or your local council. We do this for our clients as part of every project.
Tools
Results from our online tools (such as the renovate-or-rebuild tool) are general guidance based on the answers you give. They are not professional advice. A site visit gives you a reliable answer.
Images
Unless labelled as an artist's impression or illustration, photographs of projects on this site show work completed by Construction Xperts. Line drawings and 3D models are illustrations only, not plans of a real project. Project files marked "Photos coming" are still being documented.
