Do you charge for a quote?
No. The first chat and the site visit are free, and every quote is itemised line by line.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. If we're on site and miss your call, we'll ring back the same day.
Can I send plans or photos?
Yes. Email them through and we'll have a look before we call, so the first chat is a useful one.
Can I visit your office?

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Canberra time. If you need us on a weekend, we can take your call, and meetings are by appointment. Messages sent after hours are answered the next business day.
