We price the site costs before you sign, explain the approvals in plain English and give you a programme you can plan the rest of your life around.
Built around your lease and your opening day
Your rent starts whether the fit-out is finished or not. So we plan backwards from the day you want to open, and deal with the landlord, the certifier and the trades along the way.

What does Construction Xperts build?
New homes, knockdown rebuilds, renovations and extensions, sheds for homes and businesses, and commercial fit-outs for offices and shops. We can also build a commercial shed and fit out the office inside it as one job.
Do you build outside Canberra?
Yes. We work across the ACT and the NSW towns around it, including Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong, Bungendore, Yass, Murrumbateman, Braidwood and out to Goulburn. See the areas we cover.
Is there a minimum job size?
We mostly take on whole projects rather than small repairs. If your job is too small for us, we'll tell you straight away and point you to someone who does that kind of work.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The quote and the first site visit are free.
