Why we work this way

Too many builds fall through the gaps between companies

Most people building something end up choosing between a volume builder with a catalogue, a shed company with a kit, or a fit-out firm that only does interiors. Here's what that looks like, and what we do instead.

The usual way

Three contracts. The house builder, the shed company and the fit-out firm each sign their own, with their own terms and their own timing.
Gaps in the middle. The house builder won't touch the garage, and the shed company won't touch the slab. Somebody has to own the bit in between.
Three numbers to ring. When something goes wrong where one job meets the next, everyone points at someone else.

With Construction Xperts

One contract. The house and the garage. The rebuild or the renovation, whichever actually makes more sense for you. The commercial shed and the office inside it.
Planned together. Slabs, services and programme worked out once, so the second build isn't waiting on the first.

How it started

My background is in civil engineering, and I gained practical experience through site supervision and coordinating construction projects. Working alongside trades and clients developed my interest in managing projects from the initial plans through to completion.From the owner

Why we started

Bringing building plans to life

We started Construction Xperts to help homeowners and businesses bring their building plans to life. Our aim is to provide a personal service, clear communication and quality workmanship, whether we are building a home, extending an existing property, constructing a shed or completing a commercial fit-out.

What we're proudest of

Spaces that get used

We are proudest of projects that make a practical difference to our clients. This could be a home that suits a family's needs, an extension that creates more living space or a shed that helps a business operate. Seeing the finished space being used and appreciated is the most rewarding part of our work.

Hands-on, every job

We take a hands-on approach, with the owner involved on site for every project. We listen to what each client needs and shape the scope and inclusions to suit their project. We offer a free quote and first site visit so we can understand the site and discuss the work before moving forward.

Questions about us

Is Construction Xperts licensed?

Yes. We hold builder licences in the ACT and NSW. Our licence numbers are on our licences page, with links to the public registers, so you can check them yourself.

Do you only build houses?

No. We build new homes, knockdown rebuilds, renovations and extensions, sheds and garages, commercial sheds, and office and shop fit-outs. A house and its shed, or a commercial shed and the office inside it, can be one job on one contract.

Who will I deal with during the build?

The owner. They're on site for every job, from the first site visit to handover.

Do you build outside Canberra?

Yes. We build across the ACT and in the NSW towns nearby: Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Googong, Bungendore, Yass, Murrumbateman, Gundaroo, Sutton, Hall, Braidwood and out to Goulburn.
